How to Lose Weight with Fitness Star Reg Park

This is the diet Mr. Park used on most of the overweight members that trained in his gym in South Africa. But who is Reg Park? He won numerous bodybuilding titles and used to coach people for decades in Fitness Centres. Even Arnold Schwarzenegger idolized and respected Mr. Park’s effort and work. Reg Park: “It helps to begin with a 48 hours fast, without it, you will find it harder to shift into your new eating schedule. But be sure your doctor knows what you are doing. While fasting, drink clear tea, black coffee or water but no more than 2 cups of each per day for two days only.

-Abstain from anything NOT included in this diet and BE SURE TO EAT WHAT IS ASIGNED RATHER THAN DO WITHOUT.

-All vegetables without butter; Salads without oils; weak tea; without milk or sweetening.

-Use as little salt as possible

-No candies, cakes, breads, cookies, wafers, jams, jellies or bottle salad dressing. EAT SLOWLY AND CHEW THOROUGHLY. Drink only sweetened beverages, or weak tea, preferably herb tea

Breakfast:
Same every morning – Grapefruit or Tomato Juice, 1 or 2 Boiled Eggs, or Poached Eggs, or haddock.

Mid-Morning: Same every day, if desired – 1/2 cup skim milk or 1 cream cracker and 1 slice cheese.

Monday
Lunch: Fruit salad – put everything into it, and eat as much as you like.
Dinner: Grapefruit, Grilled Steak, Tomatoes

Tuesday:
Lunch: Grapefruit, Gold Chicken, Tomatoes.
Dinner: Grapefruit, Grilled Liver, Combination Salads, 1 piece Dry Toast and juice

Wednesday:
Lunch: Lean Meats, Tomatoes and juice
Dinner: Two Lamb chops, Celery, Cucumber, Tomatoes and any beverage.

Thursday:
Lunch: Grapefruit, Lean Meats, Salads, juice
Dinner: Grapefruit, Liver, cooked Celery and Cabbage and juice.

Friday:
Lunch: 3 ozs. Seafood or 3 ozs. Chicken and 1 piece Celery and juice.
Dinner: Boiled Fish, salad, 1 piece dry Toast, Grapefruit and any beverage.

Saturday:
Lunch: Small Omelette, Tomatoes, juice
Dinner: Grilled Steak, Celery, Cucumber, Tomatoes and juice or unsweetened beverage.

Sunday:
Lunch: Grilled Kidney and Hearts Spinach and juice.
Dinner: Grapefruit, Chicken, Tomatoes, Carrots, Cucumber, cooked cabbage and juice.

Complete abstention from alcohol is best for weight reducing, but if you feel you must have a drink, then 1 whisky or cane spirit with ice is permissible.
