In the thumbnail you can see Vic Seipke’s transformation from youth into middle age. He is looking incredible. Well developed abs, pecs and an outstanding huge neck. His appearance was amazing.
Vic started training when he was 16 years old. He wanted to gain weight for football, thus he started lifting weight in his basement. He was able to gain 30lb in one year. And it helped him for football. One of his friends suggested to compete on the stage. As Vic competed he was bitten by the bug and was fallen in love in bodybuilding!
But how did he achieve this greatness?
He cited through the years he trained much harder than when was younger. The intensity has picked up.
Vic was not sponsored and his time was limited. Married, a fireman on the Detroit force, a son and daughter, a college degree…

As a fireman he had to work 24 hours on, 24 off, 24 on and then 3 days off. He couldn’t do much at the station except ab work or chins. Thus he trained the whole body. He worked out in the morning from 8:30 until 11:30. After that he used to run 2 to 3 miles. Next lunch and a 2 hour break before he resumed in the afternoon.
And in the evening he also trained!
He supplemented his meals regularly with dessicated liver, calcium, vitamins C and E, brewer’s yeast, kelp, and a good multiple vitamin. He used to increase his protein intake with a milk. And if his training has been going well, he used to treat himself by blending some ice cream.
That’s Vic Seipke. His son Steve started lifting too. He seemed to enjoy effort to building muscle size. Steve used to be a runner in high school.
His was Margaret used to support him during training and travels.
Vic traveled with his family and as a family!
He said:
“I feel that I like to do things together with my family. Because your children only grow-up once, and when they’re gone, they’re gone. You can’t roll the clock back. So we’re all out there together enjoying ourselves”
